Manufacturing consistency matters as much as design. To keep production quality and efficiency high, we built our own testing system for the line, and back it with a well-equipped test lab.
Riteblue testing system
Riteblue combines a test fixture, a barcode scanner, and PC software into one production-line station. It covers:
- Firmware flashing, with anti-piracy protection, controllable authorization counts, and full traceability
- Frequency calibration
- Power testing
- Module I/O testing
- Bluetooth address writing
