ST03 supports the following Bluetooth audio codecs:
| Codec | Notes |
|---|---|
| SBC | Mandatory baseline codec, supported by every Bluetooth headphone |
| aptX1 | Qualcomm codec |
| aptX HD | Higher-resolution variant of aptX |
| aptX Adaptive | Adjusts bit rate to the radio conditions |
Tip
The codec actually used depends on what the connected headphones or speaker supports. The codec can also be selected in the companion app.
