2.2 Auracast
Auracast is the broadcast feature of Bluetooth LE Audio: one transmitter sends a single audio stream that any number of Auracast receivers nearby can join.
EV160 supports Auracast transmit: it broadcasts the current input to nearby Auracast receivers. Auracast broadcast audio uses the LC3 codec. Broadcast settings are available in Gigawit Control.
Note
Classic Bluetooth and Auracast broadcast are separate operating modes. Follow the prompts on the device screen to choose between them.
