|---|---|
| Bluetooth transmit | To Bluetooth headphones or speakers; see Audio codecs |

Optical SPDIF output, up to 192 kHz / 24-bit |
Coaxial OUT |
Coaxial SPDIF output, up to 192 kHz / 24-bit |
RCA OUT |
Analog audio output |
Optical OUT, Coaxial OUT and RCA OUT work alongside Bluetooth transmit.
Note
Optical and coaxial are both SPDIF digital interfaces. When using an optical, coaxial or HDMI ARC input, make sure the source is actually outputting audio.
USB-C ports
The rear panel has two USB-C ports:
| Port | Use |
|---|---|
| USB-marked port | USB Audio data port; can also supply power to an external device (a phone is one example) |
| Lightning-bolt-marked port | Dedicated power port, rated 5 V / 1 A; does not carry USB audio |
The device can run from a computer or phone on the USB-marked port alone; with a phone, this increases the phone’s battery drain.
Tip
For USB audio, connect the USB-marked port. The lightning-bolt-marked port supplies power only and carries no audio.
Versions
| Version | Difference |
|---|---|
| ARC | Has an HDMI ARC port |
| Standard | No HDMI port; otherwise identical |
